Getting Here
Where we are
The course occupies the stretch of links between the Buddon Burn and the Dundee line, a mile and a half from the centre of Carnoustie.
For a visiting party the position is the point: Carnoustie is five minutes away, Monifieth ten, and St Andrews is three quarters of an hour by road over the Tay. Most of the golf worth a week in this part of Scotland sits inside an hour by road.
The club is signed from the A930 at Barry. There is parking in front of the clubhouse, and visitors should report to the Professional Shop thirty minutes before their time.

Drive Times
The A92 runs from Dundee to Aberdeen a mile inland, and the A930 comes through Monifieth and Barry to the club. From the south, leave the M90 at Perth for the A90 into Dundee and cross to the coast road.

By air and rail
Dundee is the nearest airport at twenty minutes. Edinburgh is the international gateway, and the drive north is a straightforward hour and a half.
The railway that defines the boundary on the 8th, 10th and 18th is the Edinburgh to Aberdeen main line. Carnoustie station is a mile and a half from the clubhouse and takes direct trains from Edinburgh Waverley, Dundee and Aberdeen. Barry Links station stands beside the course itself, though its service is famously sparse and no one should plan a round around it.
